MASONRY
We do all types of brick, block and stone work. Foundations can be new or rebuilt. We use brick and stone from suppliers throughout the country depending on our customer's requirements. We do many door installations and replacements of rusted hollow metal frames. Openings can be made through existing walls to accommodate your needs.

CONCRETE
H. Froebel & Son, Inc. does concrete contracting work for homes, businesses, hospitals, schools, etc. We can help you with your driveway, walks, patios and any other concrete needs. We also stamp, stain, color and do exposed aggregate finishes, if you are looking to achieve a specific look for your house or place of business. CHIMNEY
Most contractors can build new chimneys, unfortunately, not always correctly. We use many pieces and types of equipment to provide protection for landscape, roofs, siding, windows and interiors. We can tuckpoint joints, seal masonry and cap cracks or we can rebuild any interior or exterior areas that are beyond minor repairs with materials of excellent quality and matchability.

TUCKPOINTING
Tuckpointing usually consists of removing loose and deteriorated mortar to a depth of ½ to ¾ inch and filling joints including any joints weathered to greater depths. Cement, lime and sand along with bonding and coloring additives are used to approximate existing conditions.

WATERPROOFING
All masonry materials, when exposed to moisture conditions, will absorb moisture. Some materials are more porous than others. When all joints in brick or stone are properly installed or repaired and water penetration is still a problem a clear seal may solve the problem. We use sealers that have proven to be effective in many applications.
